Last updated: 4 May 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how The Fox Feed processes limited personal data when you visit our website at:
https://thefoxfeed.com
This Privacy Policy applies only to this website. It does not apply to external websites that may be linked from this website.
The website is operated in English and may be accessed by an international audience. The data controller is established in Poland.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable European data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
The website is primarily static. We do not intentionally collect personal data through user accounts, contact forms, newsletters, analytics tools, advertising technologies, tracking pixels, behavioral tracking, profiling, or similar features.
However, like any website, limited technical data may be processed automatically when a visitor accesses the website. This is necessary to deliver, cache, secure, maintain, and operate the website.
2. Data Controller
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:
Jakub Głowacki
Tomaszów Lubelski, Poland
Email: contact@thefoxfeed.com
For privacy-related inquiries, you may contact us at:
3. Data Protection Officer
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because, based on the current nature and scope of the website, we do not consider such appointment to be required. Privacy-related inquiries may be sent to contact@thefoxfeed.com.
4. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through user accounts, contact forms, newsletters, analytics, advertising, profiling, or similar features.
Like any website, limited technical data may be processed automatically when a visitor requests a page, file, or other resource. Such processing is limited to what is necessary to deliver, cache, secure, maintain, and operate the website.
5. Information We Process
When you access the website, limited technical data may be processed automatically as part of normal website operation. This may include:
- IP address,
- requested page, file, or resource,
- browser and device information, including user-agent,
- date and time of the request,
- HTTP request information,
- technical server log data,
- CDN and caching-related technical data,
- DNS, traffic routing, and availability-related technical data,
- security and abuse-prevention related technical data,
- other technical information necessary to host, deliver, cache, secure, maintain, and operate the website.
This technical data is generated automatically when your browser, device, or network sends a request to access the website and when our hosting, CDN, DNS, caching, and security infrastructure processes that request.
We process this data only for technical, operational, availability, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.
We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, behavioral analysis, profiling, cross-site tracking, or sale of personal data.
6. No Sensitive Data
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website, such as health data, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, or similar sensitive information.
We also do not intentionally collect payment information, identification documents, account credentials, or other similar personal information through this website.
7. Hosting, CDN, and Infrastructure Providers
The website is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Germany. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure provides the hosting infrastructure necessary to store and serve the website.
The website also uses Cloudflare to provide DNS, content delivery, caching, traffic routing, availability, and security services.
When the website is served through Cloudflare's network, visitor requests may pass through Cloudflare before reaching the origin server or before being served from Cloudflare cache. For this reason, Cloudflare may process limited technical request data, such as IP address, requested resource, HTTP request information, browser and device information including user-agent, date and time of the request, caching information, traffic routing information, and security-related data.
Cloudflare is not used by us for analytics, advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Cloudflare process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide hosting, delivery, DNS, caching, traffic routing, availability, and security services.
Where Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Cloudflare process personal data on our behalf as processors, we rely on applicable contractual arrangements, including data processing terms or data processing agreements where required by GDPR.
In some limited cases, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Cloudflare, or their affiliates may process certain data as independent controllers for their own compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service administration, billing, or legal purposes, as described in their own privacy and data processing documentation.
8. Purposes of Processing
Technical data is processed for the following purposes:
- to host the website,
- to deliver website files to visitors,
- to provide access to requested pages and resources,
- to cache and serve website resources efficiently,
- to route traffic correctly,
- to maintain website availability,
- to protect the website against malicious, abusive, automated, or unlawful traffic,
- to diagnose technical errors,
- to prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents,
- to protect website infrastructure,
- to ensure the integrity, security, and correct operation of the website.
We do not use this data for marketing, analytics, behavioral analysis, profiling, advertising, or cross-site tracking.
9. Legal Basis
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, hosting, delivering, maintaining, securing, and ensuring the availability of the website, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
10. Legitimate Interests
Our legitimate interests are to:
- make the website available to visitors,
- host and deliver website content,
- maintain the technical stability and availability of the website,
- route traffic correctly,
- cache website resources efficiently,
- protect the website and its infrastructure against malicious, abusive, automated, or unlawful traffic,
- prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents,
- diagnose technical errors,
- ensure the correct operation of website infrastructure,
- protect the security and integrity of the website.
We process only limited technical data necessary for these purposes.
We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, profiling, behavioral tracking, or marketing.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Based on the current configuration of the website, we do not use non-essential cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, personalization cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies.
The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality, caching, traffic management, security, abuse prevention, bot protection, and correct delivery of website resources.
Because the website uses Cloudflare, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies in limited circumstances, depending on the Cloudflare features enabled and the visitor's request context. These may include, for example:
- __cf_bm — used by Cloudflare bot protection features to identify and mitigate automated traffic,
- cf_clearance — used when Cloudflare security challenges are enabled, to confirm that a visitor has passed a challenge.
These cookies and similar technologies are used only for security, bot protection, traffic management, caching, availability, or correct operation. They are not used by us for analytics, advertising, behavioral profiling, or tracking users across websites.
Visitors may configure their browser to block or delete cookies. However, blocking strictly necessary security, caching, or traffic-management cookies may affect the availability, security, or correct operation of the website, including the ability to pass Cloudflare security checks.
Based on the current configuration of the website, we do not display a cookie consent banner because we do not use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.
If non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, personalization features, tracking pixels, or similar tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required, user consent will be requested before such technologies are used.
12. Recipients of Data
Technical data may be processed by service providers that help operate, secure, and deliver the website, including:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosting provider,
- Cloudflare — DNS, caching, traffic routing, content delivery, availability, and security provider.
These providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
We do not sell personal data, share personal data for advertising purposes, or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing or behavioral profiling.
13. International Transfers
The website is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Germany.
The website also uses Cloudflare for DNS, caching, content delivery, traffic routing, availability, and security services. Because Cloudflare provides these services through its own infrastructure and network, limited technical request data processed by Cloudflare may, in some cases, be processed outside the European Economic Area.
We do not intentionally transfer visitor personal data outside the European Economic Area for our own separate purposes. Any such processing is limited to technical request data necessary to deliver, secure, cache, route, and operate the website.
Where Cloudflare or another service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer safeguards and data processing terms made available by that provider for the relevant services. These safeguards may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted by applicable data protection law.
For privacy-related questions, you may contact us at:
14. Data Retention
Technical data, including server logs and technical logs, is retained only for as long as necessary for security, operational purposes, error diagnosis, incident prevention, abuse prevention, and protection of website infrastructure.
Server logs and technical logs controlled directly by us are retained for no longer than 90 days, unless a longer retention period is necessary to investigate a security incident, prevent abuse, protect website infrastructure, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with legal obligations.
This 90-day retention period applies only to server logs and technical logs controlled directly by us. It does not apply to logs or technical data generated, retained, or controlled independently by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Cloudflare, or their affiliates for their own service administration, security, compliance, billing, fraud prevention, abuse-prevention, or legal purposes.
After the applicable retention period, logs controlled by us are deleted, overwritten, or anonymized.
Logs and technical data processed by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Cloudflare may be retained by those providers in accordance with their applicable service terms, data processing documentation, privacy documentation, and security practices.
15. Requirement to Provide Data
Providing technical data is not a statutory or contractual requirement.
However, such data is transmitted automatically by your browser, device, or network when accessing websites and is technically necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website.
If such data is not processed, the website may not be accessible or may not function correctly.
16. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
We do not create user profiles.
Security systems, including Cloudflare security features, may automatically detect and mitigate malicious, abusive, automated, or unlawful traffic for the purpose of protecting the website, maintaining availability, and preventing abuse.
Such technical security measures may affect access to the website in specific cases, for example where traffic appears malicious, abusive, automated, or otherwise harmful to website security.
These security measures are used only for technical and security purposes and are not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing.
17. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request correction of inaccurate personal data,
- request deletion of your personal data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- request data portability, where applicable,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In Poland, the competent supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO.
More information is available at:
Because server logs and CDN logs are technical and may be short-lived, we may be unable to identify data relating to a specific visitor without additional information, such as the approximate date and time of access and IP address.
For privacy-related inquiries or requests, please contact:
18. Right to Object
Where we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you may have the right to object to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Because the processing described in this Privacy Policy is limited to technical data necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website, objecting to such processing may affect the availability, security, or correct operation of the website for you.
19. How We Respond to Privacy Requests
We will respond to privacy-related requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month of receiving the request.
Where permitted by law, this period may be extended if the request is complex or if we receive multiple requests. In such case, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
If we are unable to identify data relating to a specific visitor, we may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to help identify the relevant data, such as the approximate date and time of access and the IP address used to access the website.
We will not use such additional information for unrelated purposes.
20. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the website and the limited technical data processed through it.
These measures may include hosting security controls, CDN security features, caching, traffic filtering, bot protection, security monitoring, and measures intended to detect and mitigate malicious or abusive activity.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. However, we process only limited technical data and do not intentionally collect additional personal data through user accounts, forms, analytics, advertising, or profiling features.
21. External Links
This website may contain links to external websites.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of external websites.
Visitors should review the privacy policies of any external websites they visit.
22. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
If we introduce features that involve additional personal data processing, such as contact forms, newsletters, analytics, advertising technologies, user accounts, comments, embedded third-party content, or non-essential cookies, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, appropriate consent or other legal basis will be used.
